TMSIndia has been Raman's singular focus since early 1992.

A graduate in Metallurgy from IIT-Madras in 1970; 20 years of work at Foseco --- with experience in all technologies and business areas in casting; 2 years in Marketing Steel and TQM at Bhoruka culminated in the startup of TMS in early 1992. With the late Alfred E Simmons of the Simmons Group as mentor, Seetharaman is committed to building and sustaining manufacturing in India for customers all over.

RAM NAGARAJAN   |    Director

Ram joined the TMS Start-up in 1993. He leads operations in Development, Manufacturing and Technologies that enable the services undertaken. He is TMS's-eye for detail & champions relationships with customers and vendors alike.

A Marine Engineer from DMET by training, he sailed in technical positions with Mobil and Tanker Pacific for 8 years. He is certified as Chief Engineer specialized in Operations, Maintenance-Turbines & Generators, Hydraulics & Auxiliaries.

RAMMA SEETHARAMAN   |    Director

Ramma leads and mentors the Finance, Administration and HR teams at TMS. A graduate in Economics, a Degree in Education and a Certified Post Graduate in Systems Analysis and Design (NIIT), she is also increasingly focusing her energies on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities.

M JAGANNADHA RAO   |    General Manager

Jagannadh has been associated with TMS since early 1994. A Commerce Graduate with high proficiency in accounting & systems, Jagannadh and is a disciplined entrepreneur. He is the chief architect in fiscal structuring & IT enabling of TMS business practices. He champions the design and implementation of our home-grown ERP, 'IntEnt'.
